2. Purpose

These conditions regulate the sale of products offered through the TotSabó website, dedicated to the commercialization of handmade soaps made with glycerin and essential oils.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

3. Products

The products are handmade soaps for cosmetic use.
Due to their artisanal nature:

  • There may be slight variations in color, shape, or finish

  • Images are for illustrative purposes only

  • Scents may vary slightly depending on the batch
    Each product includes its information sheet with ingredients according to European cosmetic regulations (INCI).

4. Prices

  • Prices are indicated in euros (€)

  • They include applicable VAT

  • Shipping costs are shown before completing the purchase
    TotSabó reserves the right to modify prices at any time (without affecting already confirmed orders).

5. Purchase Process

The purchase process is as follows:

  • Product selection

  • Cart confirmation

  • Entry of shipping and billing details

  • Selection of payment method

  • Order confirmation
    Once confirmed, the user will receive an email with the order summary.

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Payments

  • Other methods available on the platform
    Payment data is managed by secure external gateways. TotSabó does not have access to full banking details.

7. Shipping

Shipping scope


TotSabó ships to:

  • All of Spain

  • The European Union

  • Internationally (depending on availability)

Delivery times

  • Mainland Spain: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days
    Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors (customs, carriers, holiday periods).

Shipping costs

  • They are shown before completing the purchase

  • Free shipping may be available above a minimum order amount (according to current policy)
    For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Cancellations

  • Order cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase

  • The buyer is responsible for submitting requests within this timeframe

Returns

In accordance with European regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In perfect condition
    For hygiene reasons, returns of unsealed or used products will not be accepted.

The customer will bear the return costs, except in the case of defective products.

9. Defective Products or Errors

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • It must be reported within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt

  • Photographic evidence may be required
    TotSabó will handle replacement or refund.

10. Liability

The soaps are cosmetic products for external use.

  • Do not ingest

  • Avoid contact with eyes

  • In case of irritation, discontinue use

  • Keep out of reach of children
    TotSabó is not responsible for improper use of the product.

11. Intellectual Property

The designs, images, texts, and content of the website are the property of TotSabó and may not be reproduced without authorization.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

13. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Spanish and European legislation.
In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer’s place of residence.

14. Special Conditions

Each TotSabó piece is handmade, combining aesthetics and aromatherapy. Small variations are part of its unique character.
